1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS OF TUITION FEES

Tuition will be refunded only if it has been requested 15 calendar days before the start of the course.

Enrollments cancelled after the deadline established above, can only be postponed for the following course (no refunds) and provided that they are in the following cases:

  • Reasons of force majeure justified with documentation.
  • If, once the course has begun, the student justifiably withdraws from the course.

Enrollment will be cancelled without the option of a refund or postponement to another date in the following cases:

  • Reasons that are not force majeure or lack justification.
  • Communication of the cancellation within 5 days prior to the start of the course.
  • The student who without justified cause does not attend the course.
  • The identification document (DNI, NIE, passport) does not match the registration data.

The refund, cancellation, exchange or postponement must be communicated in writing to info@kikisake-shi.es indicating the corresponding reasons and supporting documents.

Changes from one course to another must be notified a maximum of 15 calendar days prior to the start of the course and changes can only be made once.

TOKYO-YA reserves the right to change the starting date or cancel the course, in case of cancellation caused by the company, the full amount paid by the student will be refunded in the same way it was made.

Class attendance is mandatory, failure to attend will result in the non-obtaining of any degree or certificate.

TOKYO-YA reserves the right to admit students.

2. EXAMINATION

Students should report to the place indicated by TOKYO-YA (to be confirmed a few days before).

Essential requirements to sit for the exam:

  • You must have paid by bank transfer the invoice for the exam (350€+21%VAT first time – *for repeating the exam a different fee applies. Please consult before)
  • Have attended all of the classes or have failed the first exam (within a previous period of one year).
  • Present the original DNI, NIE or passport, as well as your own pen, pencil, etc.
  • Punctuality. No entry will be allowed if you are more than 20 minutes late.
  • In the event that public transportation causes a delay in arrival, you must notify TOKYO-YA and bring the corresponding proof of arrival.

Examination information:

  • The exam number will be indicated on the day of the exam.
  • Test results will be sent two weeks after the test date to the e-mail address registered during registration.
  • Any inappropriate behavior will be grounds for disqualification to sit for the exam for 3 years from the day following the date of the exam.
  • If you do not pass the exam, you may retake the exam one year after the first attempt (consult the corresponding fee).
